4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for domain, hosting, and third-party tool costs unless included in the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, marketing assets, strategies, and deliverables created by Veevora remain the intellectual property of Veevora until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce Veevora’s proprietary processes or internal materials.
